All citizens of countries, that do not have the visa exemption arrangement with Russia, are required to obtain a visa to enter Russia.

Business visa requires an official invitation, authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia.
In order to prepare such invitation, please fill in the form (For invitation.doc) and send it to amsa@conf.nstu.ru

Otherwise, you may arrange for a tourist visa. In this case you should contact to a travel agency in your country.

We strongly recommend you to consult with the Russian Consulate in your country about your visa application.
